Spoon Wine

Spoon’s wine list highlights the quality of wines from sustainable agriculture, selected by Gérard Margeon, the head sommelier of the Alain Ducasse restaurants. More than a quarter of the list is composed of these wines, the great majority of which are produced by small vintners.

Sommelière Bulle Gerbert invites us for a tour of the vineyards of Savoie, Jura, Bugey, Ardèche and even Champagne. Spoon lives up to its reputation as a discoverer of foreign wines: the emblematic bottle of the new wine list comes from Tinos, in the Cyclades Islands, listed as a world heritage site.
